  19. This post like many other's contains "a dumb question from a novice C 
  20. programmer" in the subject. I've seen many of these. To me it indicates that 
  21. there's something itimidating about new C programmers posting here. I feel 
  22. that's unfortunate & wanted to say so.

  24. Granted newbies should check the FAQ first but I hope everyone on comp.lang.c 
  25. can make new C programmers feel welcome & that their questions, however simple 
  26. are not dumb.
